Editorial Policy
How we create content and maintain quality standards.

Our mission
Whiteia exists to make AI understandable and actionable for every professional. We believe that clear, honest, well-researched content is the best way to help people adapt to the AI-driven world.
Content creation process
Every piece of content on Whiteia follows a structured process:
- Research: We start with thorough research using primary sources, industry reports, expert interviews, and hands-on testing.
- Writing: Content is written by humans with domain expertise. We do not publish AI-generated content without human review, editing and validation.
- Review: Every article is reviewed for accuracy, clarity, and completeness before publication.
- Updates: We regularly revisit and update published content to ensure it remains accurate and relevant.
Accuracy and corrections
We are committed to accuracy. If we publish something that is incorrect, we correct it promptly and transparently. Significant corrections are noted at the top of the article with the date of the change.
If you spot an error in any of our content, please contact us and we'll address it as quickly as possible.
Independence and transparency
Our editorial content is independent. We do not accept payment for positive coverage or favorable reviews. When content is sponsored or contains affiliate links, this is clearly disclosed.
Whiteia is supported by advertising (including Google AdSense) and may earn commissions from affiliate links. These revenue sources do not influence our editorial decisions.
AI-generated content
We use AI tools as part of our research and writing workflow — just as we encourage our readers to do. However, all published content is reviewed, edited and validated by human editors. We do not publish raw AI output.
Community content
Our forum and comments sections are community-driven. While we moderate these spaces, the views expressed by community members are their own and do not represent Whiteia's editorial positions.
